Ne radite kod njih ako necete da uzmete problemi!!! 8 Maj utovarili masine i zicu za Kirgistan od Smedereva po transportnog naloga Nr 05/05/18-1 od 04/05/2018. Po transportnog nalogu vreme isporuke ovoj raboti 14 maksimalne 20 dana. Kamion bio na carine u Kirgistana samo 12 ijunja. Istovaren i uplacen 14 ijuna. 35 dana bio transport. 15 dana kasnjenje. Na utovare ne uzmali pecat od prevoznoj kampaniji Pan Ledi d.o.o. - u kampaniji eksportera Nova Sumadija d.o.o ne bio pecat prevoznoj kampaniji Pan Ledi d.o.o. u CMR!!!! Rekli mi prikolica od firmi Dumigo d.o.o. a traktor je uzmeli od firmi Pan-Ledi d.o.o. Prve 14 dana do 23 Maja kamion bio u Polske na servisa, kako smo mi rekala ova banda!!! Moj klient bio u Moskvi mislio da propala roba, i izgubio 1500 evra tam u Moskvi za 15 dana da ga resio negovu problemu da nemali informaciju 15 dana za kamiona gde i sta su nega. Znaci su golemi problemi : 1. da ne dao mi ova banda kamiona su karnet TIRa, 2. da imao problem kamiona su pristupom tereta posle autoservisa na granice ne mogli da urade dobro deklaraciju i garanciju na Belaruskijei granice u Kozlovicah. Posle otisao povratne u Polske da urade problema su pristupom tereta, i samo posle u drug put od servisa u Polske u Kozlovicah nemao problem su garancijei i deklaracijei. Milan jos nemao kirgistanskoj vize, znaci dao nemu taksista u Cimkenta Kazahstane da napravio njega za konsulat u Almaty i povratne u Cimkenta. Po nalogu 6200 evra imao cena transporta, su 3000 evra avansa kesem na utovare, odakle 200 evra bio moja dispecerska komissija. Kako sve sam odgovorili su taj banda - dobicam ovu komissiju kako smo odrade kamion svju rabotu i one salje mi komissiju preko prevoda novca - western uniona. Na istovare bila jos problema su kvalitetom su zicej, odgovarili ovu problemu da ima popusta 150 evra od ceni 6200 evra. Na koncu bio uplaceno ukupno: 3000 evra avans na utovare i 3600 $ na istovare od klienta. Odgovario na klienta da ne pustio njih minus 750 evra na kasnjenje za 15 dana. Znaci dobila ova banda sve pare bez minusa na kasnjenje kako smo bio odgovoreno. Na koncu odgovorili su njih da dobijem moju komissiju, moju rabotu. Od 14 ijunja proslo jos 35 dana - i nema nista od tog prevarantev!!! Dispeceri, kollegi, klienti koje traze kamiona - ako necete da izgubite 70 dana na rabotu su nervi i bez pare a na koncu da imate samo jedni problemi - mozete da adresirovate za ovu kampaniju - ovu bandu!!!! Golemo prevaranti - da placate moju rabotu!!!!

Don't work with them if you don't want to get only one troubles, and only one problems!!! 8 of May we have downloaded machine tools and wires from Smederevo Serbia for Kyrgyzstan according the transport-order for the international transport and expedition services Nr. 05/05/18-1 from 04/05/2018. According to the transport order the term of delivery is max.14-20 days. The truck has been on the Kyrgyz customs only 12 of June, has been unloaded and paid with 14 of June. So, we have 35 days for this so-called "transport services" with being late in unloading point with 15 days of maximum possible time. From the beginning this band didn't take their stamp of carrier Pan-Ledi d.o.o. to put it on the CMR for export company Nova Sumadija d.o.o., as in this case Nova Sumadija d.o.o. right for this moment still doesn't have their stamp of transport carrier in CMR. I was told by this band that truck trailer belongs to Dumigo d.o.o. and truck-tractor belongs to Pan-Ledi d.o.o. So, for the first 14 days up to 23 of May the truck was in Poland's auto-truck service with the problem of being broken at the road, as this band told me. My client arrived in Moscow having additional expenses of 1500 euros there for these 15 days as he hadn't any kind information of what is going on with the truck, whether it is lost or no. So, with the huge problems this band created: 1. They went for a road and for a work without carnet TIR, 2. on the Belarus border Kozlovichi there has been occured another problem of there was an access to the cargo in truck, after the Polish auto-service, so for this it was impossible to do the transit declaration and financial garancy on the border. So for not to pay a convoy fees on Belaru, Russia , Kazahstan, Kyrgystan, Milan went back to Poland for to decide the problem of an access to the cargo. And only then it was possible to declare the transit declaration and to do the financial garancy on Custom's Union territory. By the way Milan didn't have a kyrgyz visa in pasport, so i gave him a taxi-driver to take him in Almaty on Kyrgyz consulate from Chimkent to make a visa there an take him back to Chimkent. According to transport order 6200 euros there was a price for this work, with 3000 euros payment with cash in advance in Serbia on the downloading, and 3200 euros it was cash in Kyrgystan. And from this price 200 euros there was my dispatcher comisiion, which is normal in this work. As we agreed with that band, i get my commission, after they take the rest sum of the freight in unloading place, and they will send my commission to me through western union. On the unloading place there was found another problem with wire as it was rusty due to the water penetrated in the truck and has got on the wire. So this problem has been solved and agreed together of getting minus 150 euros from the freight's price. So, in total result after all the minuses this band has got 3000 euros in Serbia and 3600$ in Kyrgystan without minus 750 euros for truck being late - is approximately 6100 euros total. In the end as it was agreed with me and this band - they must have sent to me my commision after they took the money, but nevertheless as the result for another 35 days more there is nothing from these fraud cheater's band. Dispatchers, colleages, clients that are looking for a trucks - if you don't want to loose 70 days on the work with so much nerves and without being paid in the end and having only one problems, negative - you can address to this so called "transport company" - to these fraud band!!! Hey you, - you pay my work - you fraud cheaters!!!!!
